职位描述

Our people are allocated to specific client teams on a project by project basis, taking into account the level of experience required, development needs and availability. Project and client teams are typically cross-disciplined and advise on various types of taxes. We also advise on the tax implications of restructuring, provide transfer pricing advice, tax due diligence and transaction related tax advisory services, including advising on holding / business structures and tax structuring for mergers and acquisitions. Our people are also heavily involved in advising clients on regional and global projects.

Responsibilities

– You will use your proven technical ability and utilise your client relationship skills to win and develop new business

– Develop and implement innovative ways to approach client needs

– use research into client businesses (the issues they face, the state of markets, key developments) to initiate new service and product offerings to clients

– Undertake business development activities and market tax services to clients and non-clients

– Keep abreast of new technical developments and solutions, and confidently market these applications to both clients and Partners

– You will be responsible for managing a group of people

– Delegate work to members of multiple teams, ensuring follow up strategies are in place

任职条件

– 本科毕业生，至少有8年相关工作经验，TMT、金融服务和房地产行业优先考虑

– 具有注册会计师、税务师、司法考试证书或其他相关资格

– 具有管理和发展团队，发展业务和独立领导项目的相关工作经验

– 优秀的客户管理技能

– 8-11年的专业领域方向的工作经验

– 深入了解民营企业的文化和沟通方式

– 具有与私营企业建立和维持良好业务关系的能力

– 具有通过领导力、适当授权、员工培训和指导，有效地开发和管理人员的能力

– 具有优秀的演讲技能，优秀的口头和书面英语和中文表达能力

Experience and Knowledge

– University graduates with a minimum of 8 years’ experience, preferable in TMT, financial service and real estate industries

– A CPA, TA, law license or other qualification relevant

– A proven history of managing and developing others, developing business and acting autonomously

– Proven client management skills

– 8-11 years’ experience in a professional firm

– Deep understanding of Private Owned Enterprises business culture and communication style

– Proven ability to develop and maintain business relationship with Private Owned Enterprises

– Proven ability to develop and manage people effectively through leadership, appropriate delegation, coaching and mentoring of staff

– Strong presentation skills with an excellent command of verbal and written English and Chinese

Our Corporate Tax team is constantly involved in providing tax advisory services for corporate restructuring and mergers and acquisitions, advising on tax efficient investment structures and conducting tax due diligence. We also help organisations deal with the costs and opportunities arising from the introduction of China’s latest tax policy, including advising on tax planning strategies, tax implications on China investments and tax incentives under the new law.

Our people are allocated to specific client teams on a project by project basis, taking into account the level of experience required, the development needs and availability. We provide services to a diverse client base in different industries, and cover a wide range of taxes from income tax and turnover taxes to property taxes.

Responsibilities

– You will use your proven technical ability and utilise your client relationship skills to win and develop new business

– Develop and implement innovative ways to approach client needs

– use research into client businesses (the issues they face, the state of markets, key developments) to initiate new service and product offerings to clients

– Undertake business development activities and market tax services to clients and non-clients

任职条件

Experience

– A degree in Accounting / Finance or any other business related discipline and ideally a professional qualification (accounting or legal)

– A proven history of managing and developing others, developing business and acting autonomously

– Proven client management skills

– Above 7 years experience (including advisory) in a professional firm. Experience with Banks, Insurance and Securities Companies, Funds and Fund Managers will be an advantage

– Proven ability to develop and manage people effectively through leadership, appropriate delegation, coaching and mentoring of staff

– Strong presentation skills with an excellent command of verbal and written English and fluency in Cantonese / Mandarin will be an advantage
