KVIE is seeking a strong leader to oversee the station’s financial management, as well as, direct supervision of the accounting team and leadership of two directors overseeing major fundraising areas. Our ideal candidate will have non-profit experience as an employee or board member, a positive and successful management style, a strong grasp of generally accepted accounting principles, and advanced related software skills. Requirements

Qualifications

Expertise in application of GAAP

Advanced skills in software applications, including Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and SalesForce

Demonstrated management skills with a commitment to diversity and employee development

Effective communication skills

Outstanding leadership, analytical, consensus-building and creative skills.

Education/Experience

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related area with a concentration in accounting course work, MBA preferred

5+ years of accounting management experience

Non-profit experience at the staff or board level

CPA strongly desired
