岗位职责

The Manager will prepare consolidation financial statements and analysis for management review and for external reporting requirements. He/she will also provide supports to the technical accounting team on complex business transactions.

Job Deions:

Report to Senior Finance Manager

Oversee the whole consolidation process of the Group

Prepare and review monthly consolidated financial statements and analysis for management review

Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements for external reporting purpose

Perform financial integration for newly acquired subsidiaries

Co-ordinate with the BU finance teams and provide timely technical support

Co-ordinate with IR team and provide financial analysis as needed

Support any other ad-hoc projects

University degree with a professional accounting qualification

A minimum of 8 years of experience, preferably from Big 4 plus some commercial experience

Experience in IT, media or internet businesses is a plus

Excellent understanding of IFRS and US GAAP

Mature, self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility, independent, detail-oriented and well organized

Team player but capable to work independently with minimum supervision

Strong interpersonal skills, fluent in Mandarin, English and Cantonese

Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint

Experience in Oracle and Hyperion an added advantage

Willing to travel occasionally

Immediate available is preferred

The investor relations officer position is accountable for creating and presenting a consistently applied investment message to the investment community on behalf of a company, and for monitoring and presenting to management the opinions of the investment community regarding the company\’s performance.

Responsibilities

Compile external communication materials

Create and update the Business Unit dossiers

Assist the preparing of quarterly earnings business Q&A

Provide Fair Disclosure training to all company spokespersons

Help organize all IR events including conferences, road shows, and investor meetings

Convey investor feedback to the senior management

Perform a comprehensive competitive analysis, including financial metrics

With at least 5 years working experience in related areas, investment bank or corporate background with M&A, corporate finance experience

Excellent analytical and quantitative mindset

Good common and business sense

Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Chinese

An ability to travel frequently

Eagerness to learn and work with a fast growing company and industry
